Turning Climate Commitment into Action

This campaign highlighted the pledge to reduce 1.5 million tons of CO₂ by 2030, a goal approved by the Science Based Targets initiative. The message transformed complex data into something relatable, equivalent to removing 330,000 cars from the road, positioning ARAUCO as a global sustainability leader while reinforcing its legacy as the first carbon neutral forestry company in the world.

In 2020, our client became the first forestry company worldwide to achieve carbon neutrality. Building on this legacy, the company set a new and ambitious science validated goal to reduce 1.5 million tons of CO₂ emissions by 2030.

This target, approved by the Science Based Targets initiative, a partnership between the CDP, United Nations Global Compact, WRI, and WWF, represents much more than a corporate milestone. It is the equivalent of removing the annual emissions of 400,000 people.

This campaign gave voice to that commitment by turning science and data into a powerful story of action and hope. It was designed not only to communicate our client’s pledge, but also to inspire others to see that sustainability is both possible and necessary.
